My neighbours would pump water for hours, praying it was enough, never knowing if the sky would open up by noon. One season, a farmer next door ran his pump all night before a storm. The next morning, his field was a lake and his diesel money was gone. That moment stayed with me. I thought — somewhere, the data already existed that could have told him the rain was coming. He just couldn't access it. So I taught myself climate science, and built a way for every farmer to get that answer — in Hindi, on a simple phone, for free."

Does the farmer need to buy any device or sensor?

No. Zero hardware. No sensors, no batteries, no solar panels, no installation. The farmer just needs a basic phone — even a feature phone works via voice call. For smartphone users, WhatsApp is enough.

What languages does it support?

Hindi, English, and 7+ regional dialects including Awadhi, Bhojpuri, and Punjabi. The farmer can ask in their own language and get an answer in 3 seconds.

How much diesel can a farmer actually save?

In our 100-farm field trial across Uttar Pradesh, farmers saved 25-30% diesel per season while maintaining the same crop yield. That translates to thousands of rupees saved per season per farmer.

Is this free for farmers?
